We enjoyed particularly good and free breakfasts and particularly good views!

the place had an elegant atmosphere. location: the hotel was just next door to the sphere and nexus, eateries, supermarkets, convenience stores and bangsar south in the evening.

the location was marvellous and unbeatable - ease of access to the sphere. further, it was very close to the mall opposite and airport.

The hotel was very well decorated and excellent quality, it had responsive staff who allows early check-in and late check-out. The location was strategic, around 10-15 minutes walk from Tm Convention Centre.

The place was fairly clean and luxury, it had well-trained and especially helpful staff who allows early check-in and late check-out. Loved the way our executive apartment with nice view was arranged. The location was central, top near to famous shopping malls as well.

General cleanliness needs serious attention!!! Shower areas require deep cleaning, with slippery walls and mold. Maintenance issues abound, such as loose outlets and stained upholstery. Consider reevaluating the sandal policy too, very inconvenient!!!

The beautiful suite was spacious with fine views of the city. There was a desk for work and a comfy seating area. Wi-Fi was reliable for video calls. The pool was open till 10 PM, and the gym was modern. Breakfast had a solid spread, including made-to-order eggs. Very clean with helpful staff.

Ask for a fresh set of towels if the cleaning staff doesn't replace them during your stay to ensure comfort.

Great stay with a lovely vibe

We had a super comfy room with an awesome city view! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, even with buffet restrictions, and we loved the poolside snack bar! Only downside was some confusion with parking, but it was free. A chill place for our getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how clean and comfy the room was and the fantastic massage I got at the spa. This place has a lovely sauna and a cool rock pool. Just a heads up, the check-in took a while but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊

The corner room had great views, but Wi-Fi connection was poor.

Couples looking for comfort

The room was clean and modern, I mean I had this awesome view from the 12th floor, very cozy! And the breakfast by the Straits Estate, let me tell you, I was loving that Nasi Dagang. Just bliss.

It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, the quality made it reasonable.

The Beautiful Suite was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing fine city views! Beds were super comfy, and I loved that there was a desk for working. Wi-Fi was reliable for video calls, and the bathroom had great water pressure. The pool, gym, and sauna were nice, too. Plus, the staff was super responsive when we reported an issue. Really enjoyed my time there!

Great staff and comfortable stay

Especially Zafrul, were helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and came with fine views. I appreciate their dedication to customer service, but I did experience a delay in check-in, which could use some improvement.
